The room was extremely neat, tidy, and well-organized, which made the stay very comfortable.

The housekeeping and room service were excellent and always prompt. The hotel is located in a peaceful area, perfect for a relaxing stay.
I also liked the added amenities like the small gym and swimming pool, which were clean and well-maintained.
The reception staff was friendly and provided great service throughout my visit. One of the highlights was the food area—the buffet was very well presented, clean, and inviting.
The breakfast buffet, priced at $25, offered good variety and quality. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

This hotel was truly a pleasure to stay

The front desk reception was warm and welcoming. Anytime I needed something, they were quick to assist. The restaurant staff were also super kind and accommodating. So many little details for an affordable stay. There were robes in the room, slippers - even an extra comfy lounge blanket. Honestly, this has been one of my favourite hotel stays in a long time.

Convenient Stay

Before flying home we needed to shop. Vaughan Mills is a minute away and bring right on the 400 was so convenient. Parking is free and the room was quiet and clean.No issues.

Comfortable stay, nice room & restaurant

Our room was beautiful. We booked a standard room however was upgraded to the executive renovated room.
It was comfortable and the bathroom was a really nice touch.

Excellent Corporate Experience!

I recently hosted a corporate event at the Novotel Vaughan, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the entire process was defined by professionalism and ease. The Coordination: A special thank you to Giuliana, the Sales & Catering Coordinator. She is incredibly organized and made the planning phase efficient and stress-free. Her attention to detail ensured that every aspect of our event ran smoothly. The Facility: Location & Atmosphere: The hotel is in a fantastic, convenient location. The atmosphere throughout the property is modern and professional, yet very welcoming. Cleanliness & Rooms: I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness of the entire hotel. The guest rooms were immaculate, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable space for our team to recharge. The Service: All the staff members we encountered were exceptionally helpful. It’s rare to find such a high level of service paired with such competitive pricing. I am so thankful to the entire team at the Novotel Vaughan. We truly look forward to staying here again!
