We would definitely stay again for another staycation!

My daughter and I enjoyed our 3 night staycation at Novotel Toronto Vaughan! The room was spacious, no getting in each other’s way, clean and quiet, even located near the elevator and ice machine. The buffet breakfast was included in our nightly rate and it was definitely worth it. It includes the usual continental breakfast items and the style of eggs changed every other morning. We enjoyed the heated pool twice a day, spending at least an hour in the water each time. The deep end is only 5’ deep and it was enough to get some good water treading practice in for me, being just under 5’ tall. The hot tub is warm and relaxing too. The staff in all areas are kind and helpful. The hotel is located right across from Vaughan Mills shopping centre and close to Canada’s Wonderland. We arrived pretty late our first night and were able to watch the Canada Day fireworks from the hotel parking lot (which is free).

Great Hotel

I've stayed there previously. Its a great hotel, clean, great staff. Nice restaurant. I never used the gym pool etc so not sure what that is like. I would stay there again.

Great Experience Overall

We used this hotel for our hotel block for our wedding and the service was impeccable. Astrid who helped us reserve the block was very communicative the entire time, super accommodating and very helpful! She’s amazing! The customer service staff too were very kind and welcoming when we arrived. The rooms were clean and kept up to date. The best part is the location was 5 minutes from our venue and it’s right next to so many things

Great stay. We'd do it again in a heartbeat

The hotel was conveniently located near two TTC Go Stations. Food in the dining room was fabulous. Staff was lovely and room was large and clean. Two things we really loved. It may sound silly, but for people who travel a lot it was super. First, the AC controls in the room actually worked and well. This may not sound like a big deal but believe me, I cannot tell you how many hotels I have been in where no matter how high or how low you turned the thermostat nothing changes in the room. The second thing was the snack closet next to the front desk. The absolute worst thing in the world for me is coming back to the hotel late, hungry and thirsty and neither having to go looking for a vending machine or being told that nothing would be available until the next morning.

Always Excellent

We have been staying at this location for over 20 years. It is the only one we stay at in the Toronto area. The staff are excellent, the
rooms are always very clean and our favorite employees work in the Trio. We can't say enough about them. Thank you until our next visit.

Free parking is an asset. The position is close to the mall has Lego wander land, convenient for family with kids to both have fun and do the shopping.

I've stayed in a lot of hotels and this one was exceptional. Rooms were clean and modern; the restaurant food was excellent and the pricing was reasonable; and of course this is conveniently close to both the outlet malls and the amusement park. We went to both. I would absolutely stay here again and I would definitely recommend this to others.
